Appeal Properties Ltd is owned and operated by Jez and Rachel. Our aim is to provide high quality rental accommodation and a friendly face to full time working professionals.

Rachel is an Architect and runs her own practice, she loves to re-purpose and re-design unloved and tired properties into high quality professional house shares.

Jez is an ex Business Systems and IT Consultant, with a passion for restoring properties, providing quality accommodation for rental and loves to meet people from all over the world.
Our Experience
Rachel and Jez have previous experience as both tenants, owners, landlords and also as parents of adult children who have rented in house shares elsewhere.
We know how worrying it can be as a parent when your child is seeking new accommodation to rent in an unknown area. We aim to allay those worries!
